It only gives advantage to buyers. Well, we know buyer is everything to a seller, it's good to get a feedback from your customers. However, some people have been using feedback to take a revange or to make your reputation down. Some sellers do not like their competition to be at the same level as they are, so they just go ahead buy from their competitor and gave them negative feedback.

Do you think this 1 sided feedback is a good idea for a seller?

My opinion is that Feedback should only reflect the buyers' satifaction for the transaction on how the seller manage their customers, how they response to email, how fast they ship the item to their customers.
Anything beside that such as lost of an item, high price item, damage item is no longer part of feedback (this is beyond the seller control).
However, if your item is lost, or damage and the seller does not take any action to resolve the problem than you can state it in their feedback.

Customer have to resolve the problem with the seller before they can give any negative feedback, once the problem is solve they can not leave any negative feedback regarding this anymore, but they can still left feedback for the service. (Amazon have to take a consideration on how to rate their seller)

Amazon should have a reward system or something for their customers to rate the seller so they are willing to rate them. Some people do not care to give feedback at all even when they are satisfied with the transaction. Most of the time, people with negative thinking or attitude are the one that will give feedback.

And how Amazon rate their seller? based on feedback and their A-Z guarantee rate performance.
so do you think this is fair for the seller?? Tell us your opinion!

Blocked or suspended Amazon account.

Do you have any of the following questions??
